Double Fun at Drusillas Park this Half Term

As the kids break up for the half term, get ready to soak up a full helping of fun at Drusillas Park in East Sussex. In addition to over 100 amazing animal species and oodles of adventure play, the award winning zoo has just launched the first permanent Hello Kitty attraction in Europe and will be hosting a jam-packed diary of events to entertain your little monkeys during the school holidays.

On Bank Holiday Monday 26th May, Hello Kitty will welcome visitors to her home at the Park. At intervals throughout the day, she will meet and greet fans in her beautifully themed bedroom and pose for souvenir pictures. There will also be the opportunity to visit the Hello Kitty Parlour where there’s fabulous face painting, temporary tattoos and a range of hair accessories all available to purchase. Hello Kitty will return to Drusillas two further times during the week on Wednesday 28th and Friday 30th May.

Plus Hello Kitty fans of all ages will be in for a real treat as they experience the first permanent Hello Kitty attraction in Europe, which opened at Drusillas Park this month. Set within an English country garden, the exciting new attraction includes three specially designed Hello Kitty children’s rides. Visitors can enjoy a thrilling time as they ‘reach for the sky’ on the Hopper Ride or get in a real spin on the Tea Cups. Then jump aboard one of the Hello Kitty cars and enjoy a magical tour of sights and sounds.

The Fat Controller will also be causing a locomotion, when he alights at the Park on Tuesday 27th May. Make tracks to Tidmouth Hault and enjoy photo opportunities with Sir Topham Hatt himself as he takes control of the efficient running of the Thomas & Friends™ railway.

With all this, plus the usual animal magic, Drusillas Park is doing nothing by halves.
