Oh help! Oh no! It’s a Gruffalo! Venturing out from the deep dark wood, the mythical and much loved monster will be prowling around Drusillas Park on Wednesday 24th October 2018.
But wait! There’s no such thing as a Gruffalo… Or is there..? Test your nerves, put on your brave face and fearlessly seek out the monster himself. The Gruffalo will be meeting visitors at intervals throughout the day in the Events Arena.
Get fully into the Halloween Spirit and get ready to come face to face with g-g-g-ghosts and ghouls at Drusillas Park! Prepare yourself for a whole host of spine tingling surprises and eerie entertainment. The award-winning zoo in East Sussex has plenty of fun events planned to keep your little horrors half term happy between Saturday 20th and Sunday 28th October.
Venture through the creepy cobwebbed corridors of Haunted Heights into the terror-tory of sin sisters, Hocus & Pocus, as they play hide and shriek with the unsuspecting public! Step carefully as you pass this derelict castle, which towers high above the skyline of Drusillas, because deep inside lies a ghostly secret... Thrill seekers are invited to knock on the trap door and discover the spook-tacular surprise within. Will you dare to get into the spirit of things?
Or perhaps you would rather take your chances in Eden’s Eye? Missing from the tomb of Eden’s Eye, an ancient Mummy has been seen wandering through the shadowy pathways of the twisted terror maze. Enter through the old temple ruins and unravel the mystery within…but take heed you don’t come to a dead end!
Not everything requires such bravery though; Drusillas has plenty for you to see and do.
Take a sneak peek at the animals in the award-winning zoo. You can even take on the huge adventure play areas, or get a taste for the wild with the Go Safari! attraction, including three children’s rides.
